Terms and Conditions - Returns and Exchanges

Making a Return

If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange because it is faulty or damaged, please call our Customer Experience team on 1300 721 717 to secure your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post).

You can then return the item through Australia Post using our Reply Paid address (full instructions appear on the returns form).

Please note that items returned without the appropriate paperwork cannot be processed and may be returned to you.

Refunds

wishlist.com.au can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:

• credit your credit card
• or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future wishlist.com.au purchase and is valid for 12 months

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:

• a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee

Exchanges

To complete an exchange, please call our Customer Experience team on 1300 721 717 to secure your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post).

Once you have received the form the original item can be returned through Australia Post (full instructions appear on the returns form).
