Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the wishlist.com.au team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
- Undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In a saleable condition upon return
However, please note, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on the following items:- CDs
- DVDs
- Videos
- Computer Games
- Perishable Goods (including all food items)
- Underwear
- Cosmetics (including hair products)
- Sale Items
- Mobile Phone Ear Pieces

Making a ReturnIf you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, please call our Customer Experience team on 1300 721 717 to secure your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post). You can then return the item through Australia Post using our Reply Paid address (full instructions appear on the returns form). Please note that items returned without the appropriate paperwork cannot be processed and may be returned to you. Refundswishlist.com.au can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:
- credit your credit card
- or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future wishlist.com.au purchase and is valid for 12 months
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received: - a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded
Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.ExchangesTo complete an exchange, please call our Customer Experience team on 1300 721 717 to secure your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form (which can be sent to you by email or post).
