Three delivery options are available:
Please note that Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, are usually valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are only redeemable at wishlist.com.au. When a Wishlist Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate is purchased, GST is not charged because the voucher is not officially classified as a good or a service. However, upon redemption of the voucher, the recipient must pay the GST inclusive prices for any items purchased. Redeeming Vouchers If someone has bought you a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, shopping at wishlist.com.au is easy. Simply follow the instructions below. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. If you have a paper voucher, the expiry date is clearly printed. If you have an electronic voucher, the expiry date appears in the email. To redeem a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, choose the payment option 'Redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate'. You will then need to enter the Voucher Code and your email address if it was sent via email. If you are a Wishlist member, you will automatically be provided with the codes of vouchers sent to you by email. The code will be displayed when you select 'Redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate' in the payment section. When redeeming a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, the amount paid for each product is the GST inclusive price. Please note that a maximum of 10 Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates may be redeemed with any one purchase and Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates. If a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate is not used at the time of purchase, it cannot be redeemed retrospectively. If you misplace your printed Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, simply ask the person who bought it for you to reprint the voucher. They can do this by visiting My Account and selecting the relevant Voucher Code under 'Reprinting Printable Vouchers'. Tracking Vouchers Members who have been sent vouchers via email can check the status of outstanding, used and expired Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates in 'My Account' under Check Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate Status. For each Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, its code, expiry date, original amount and remaining amount will be displayed. The difference between Purchased Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates and Promotional Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates A Promotional Voucher is one received as part of a competition, incentive or offer. A Purchased Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate is one that is not associated with any promotion, incentive or offer and the complete cost has been paid for by the customer. Please note: Promotional Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, then begin a new purchase to use the second. The same applies, no matter how many Promotional Vouchers you have received. You are still able to "top up" any short fall by using your credit card.
