The first thing you need to do is select what you would like to buy from wishlist.com.au. When you have made your choice, select 'Add to Bag' underneath the product. You will now be shown your Shopping Bag Contents. When you have finished choosing products, select 'Pay Now'.- Log in with your email address and password
We will now ask you to join us as a Member, which entitles you to discounts on some products, as well as special offers.- Tell us where you'd like your gift sent
On the Delivery Address page you can enter the address of where the gift is to be sent. When you have entered address details, select 'Continue to Delivery Method' and then choose Standard or Express Delivery.- Choose Wrapping and Cards
When you have selected the delivery method you have two choices: 'Continue to Wrapping & Cards' - where you choose gift-wrapping and write a message on your card - and 'Continue to Payment' if you do not require gift-wrapping or a card.- Pay for your gift (or how that Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate will come in handy!)
On this page you will see a summary of the product, postage and handling fee, and wrapping charges. You will also see three payment options:- Credit Card
- Redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate
- Offline Payment
Please select 'Redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate'. If you have been allocated a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate electronically you will now see it displayed. Please select this voucher and Continue. If you have a paper voucher, or have been emailed a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate code, you need to enter the code in the fields provided, then select 'Continue'. - Complete your transaction
You will now be back at the Payment Page. Please check that your amount to pay has been reduced by the amount of the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate.You will now need to complete your payment using either your credit card or offline by phone, fax or post. - For credit cards, please enter these details in the fields provided and click 'Submit'.
- For offline payments select 'Offline payments' and we will collect your contact details to process this order.
- Print your Receipt
When you have submitted your credit card details, we will then display your receipt that can be printed as a record of your transaction. You will receive an email as soon as your package has been despatched.

A giftvouchers.com voucher works the same way as a Wishlist Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. Choose your gifts, select delivery and wrapping options, then select 'Redeem your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate' on the Payment page. You will be asked to enter the details of your giftvouchers.com voucher. Enter the details of your voucher, and it will be redeemed on your purchase. I have made an order and forgot to use my Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. Can you deduct my voucher amount from my order? Once your order has been processed, we are not able to change payment details for that order. However, you can use this Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate for your next order, provided it has not expired. Can I claim my Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate on a previous purchase? No, Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates cannot be used retrospectively Can I use more than one voucher to pay for my purchase? Yes and No. You can use up to 10 Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates at one time to pay for a purchase. Simply enter each voucher's code separately on the 'Payment with Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate' page. Promotional vouchers such as those from Optusnet cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please check the details of each voucher. There is a difference between a "Purchased" Voucher and a "Promotional" Voucher. A Promotional Voucher is one received as part of a competition, incentive or offer. A Purchased Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate is one that is not associated with any promotion, incentive or offer and the complete cost has been paid for by the customer. Please note: Promotional Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, then begin a new purchase to use the second. The same applies, no matter how many Promotional Vouchers you have received. You are still able to "top up" any short fall by using your credit card. My voucher has expired. Can you reissue another one for me? All of our Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are valid for a specified time. They cannot be used after this time, and we are unable to reissue expired vouchers. I am trying to enter my voucher details, but it keeps informing me that it is an invalid code. What should I do? Please contact the Customer Experience team with your voucher details and we will check your voucher for you. My Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate isn't working. How do I organise to have this amount deducted from my order? Please contact our Customer Experience team via phone or email with your voucher details and we will check your Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate for you. How do I buy a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate for someone? To buy someone a Wishlist Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, click on 'Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates' in the column on the left hand side of any page. This will bring you to the 'Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates' page. Here you can select which type of Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate you would like to buy for somebody (email, paper or printed). Go through the simple steps to create the voucher and click 'Add to Bag'. You can pay for your voucher by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button or do more shopping first. What if I send someone a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate and they don't have Internet access? The recipient of the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate can use it a number of ways. They can access wishlist.com.au on the Internet at a Public Library (usually for free), an Internet Café or on a friend's computer. If none of these options are convenient, they can contact the Customer Experience team, who will help them choose a gift and make their order over the phone.
